Description

Open type cooking vessel is commonly used in pharmaceutical industry for the preparation of decoction and syrup and in beverage industry for various preparations. Vessel is heated with traditional firewood oven. Vessel is available in various capacities. Perforated screen is provided at bottom of the vessel for holding the cooking material. A discharge valve is provided at slopped bottom of the vessel for taking output. Loose lid is also provided.
