Sautiner – Flat Bottom Cooking vessel with indirect heating jacketed equipment, used in ayurvedic or food indstries for various dry or wet cooking requirements. Thermic fluid or steam is used to produce heat through the jacket. A group of stirrers with teflon liners are used for fine blending of materials and to avoid material to get burnt as in the case of manual method. High quality thermal insulation provided around the vessel, to help easy operation and to reduce heat loss. Large opening with quick release mechanism is provided for material discharge. Optional butterfly valve arrangement is given for liquid items.
