Jacketed Dish Pan with Stirrer- LPG is used for cooking various food preparations or making herbal preparations like oils, thailams, lehyam, ghee, etc. Outer jacket vessel is filled with thermic fluid and indirect heating done by multiple LPG high pressure burners fitted below the vessel. Single or double jacket options are available. Motorised with gearbox, teflon lined stirrer fitted for stirring operation. Vessel is fitted on A-type frame and can be tilted for material discharge. Thermal insulation with mineral wool and stainless steel cladding is also provided around the vessel for protection from heat.
