Jacketed Dish Pan

Stainless steel Jacketed Dish pan is used for cooking various food preparations or making herbal preparations like oils, thailams, lehyam, ghee, etc. Indirect heating by Steam or Thermic fluid is used. Single or double jacket options are available. Dish is made of heavy wall food grade stainless steel and is well insulated. Full covered lid is provided. Thermal insulation with mineral wool and stainless steel cladding is also provided around the vessel for protection from heat. Heat can be regulated according to requirement, resulting in saving of cost and for improvement in quality.
