Portable Pressure Cooker

Portable Pressure Cooker is a closed type cooking vessel heated by LPG firing system. The vessel is commonly used in pharmaceutical industry for the preparation of decoction and syrup and in beverage industry for various preparations. Vessel is mounted on a frame for better portability and also provided with tilting arrangement for the easy discharge of residue after cooking. Various capacities are available. Cooker vessel is equipped with safety features like pressure guage, safety valve, relief valve and a positive closing valve.
