Micro Pulverizer Heavy Duty

Micro Pulverizer or Impact Pulverizer is used for fine grinding of herbals, spices, chemicals and various food grains for getting a fineness above 80 mesh and upto 300 mesh. Impact shearing type flexible hammers are used for the fine grinding. Adjustable blade type whizzers are used for changing the output powder mesh size. Blower with sylo tank is provided for the collection of output powder. Filter balloons are fitted above, for the filtration of exhaust air. Secondary air filters are used for increased air filtration. Stainless steel or carbon Steel models are available.

Impact type high grade tip brazed shearing hammers, water cooled grinding and classifier chamber, dust colletion sylo. Output fineness 80 to 300 mesh. Complete stainless steel, contact parts stainless steel and carbon steel versions are available.
