Description

Jacketed Pressure Vessel is a closed type pressure cooking vessel in large scale, heated by steam. The vessel is used in pharmaceutical industry for the preparation of decoction and syrup and in beverage industry for various preparations. Vessel is mounted on legs as a standalone plant or fitted on the platform clubbed with other vessels. Perforated basket is provided for holding feed material inside the vessel. Various capacities are available. Pressure drug boiler is equipped with safety features like pressure gauge, safety valve, relief valve and a positive closing valve. Thermal insulation with mineral wool and stainless steel cladding is also provided around the vessel for protection from heat. Suitable valve is provided at bottom of the vessel for the discharge.
