Stainless steel Jacketed Dish Pan with Planetary Stirrer is used for cooking various food preparations like curries, gravies, etc. Indirect heating by Steam or Thermic fluid is used. Single or double jacket options are available. A revolving head with planetary drive is connected to teflon lined stirrer for stirring operation. Tilting arrangement is provided for the entire vessel for the easy discharge of cooked material. Thermal insulation with mineral wool and stainless steel cladding is also provided around the vessel for protection from heat. Heat can be regulated according to requirement, resulting in saving of cost and for improvement in quality.
