Description
Stainless steel Jacketed Kettle is used for cooking various food preparations like syrup, concentrates, etc. Indirect heating is done by steam. Vessel is made of stainless steel. Outer jacket vessel is done in stainless steel or carbon steel as per requirement. Tilting arrangment is given for discharge of material after cooking. Stirrer arrangement and bottom valve discahrge is providedd as optional. Thermal insulation with fully welded stainless steel cladding is given as standard.
