Description

Ribbon blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing dry granules or powders homogenously. Ribbon blender comprises of a ‘U’ trough mounted on rigid frame . One discharge valve provided at the bottom side at centre of the container. Raw materials fed to the machine are moved left and right and upside down by the ribbons, which results in blending of the product . Multiple blades set at different angles on the horizontal shaft sweep the entire length of the mixer through. The machine is provided with reduction gear box and motor.
